Waterloo Ice House, which has a few locations in Austin Texas, is a casual restaurant with an extensive menu offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I contacted their corporate office to find out which menu items are vegan (or can be made vegan). At this time there are only a handful. Hopefully they add more vegan options soon!
