Does Aplico dinnerware contain Lead?

Aplico is manufacturer of porcelain dinnerware and china, and is a brand exclusively carried by Williams-Sonoma. All of their dinnerware pieces are manufactured in France. The majority of their pieces are white porcelain, though some of their designs contain some color (such as a blue or gray band). Williams-Sonoma has confirmed that all of their Aplico dinnerware is indeed lead-free and cadmium-free! This is indeed hard to find, as many of the more widespread brands (such as Lenox) still contain some amount of lead.

But note that not all brands carried at Williams-Sonoma are lead-free and cadmium-free. The only other brand carried by Williams-Sonoma that meets those requirements is the Pillivuyt dinnerware and serveware.
