Does Pillivuyt dinnerware contain Lead?

Pillivuyt is dinnerware brand carried exclusively by Williams-Sonoma. Pillivuyt offers a variety of dinnerware sets and serving pieces, including platters, a cake stand, and serving bowls. Pillivuyt dinnerware is manufactured in France and most of their styles feature white porcelain with a classic, clean design. According to Williams-Sonoma, all Pillivuyt dinnerware and serveware is completely lead-free and cadmium-free.

Note that not all of Williams-Sonoma dinnerware and serveware are lead-free and cadmium-free. In fact, the only other dinnerware brand carried by Williams-Sonoma that adheres to those strict guidelines is the Aplico brand of dinnerware.
