Chuy’s Tex-Mex has a fair number of menu items that can accommodate a vegan diet. You can find the list of vegan-approved dishes below (with the necessary modifications to make the dishes vegan).

Please note that when I reached out to Chuy’s corporate offices, they told me that all items are prepared on surfaces where traces of animal products can be found. Therefore, nothing is officially certified vegan. That being said, the following list are the items that do not contain any animal products.
