Olga’s Kitchen serves up special Mediterranean-inspired sandwiches, soups, salads, and more. I reached out to their corporate office to find out which menu items are vegetarian. As it turns out, there are quite a few! You will find the list of vegetarian items offered at Olga’s Kitchen below.

A few notes from Olga’s:
- The Caesar dressing has anchovy in it and is therefore not ok for vegetarians (unless the guest is pescatarian) or vegans.
- None of the soups are vegetarian or vegan. The peasant soup and chili have meat directly in them and the Broccoli is made with Chicken stock.
- Olga bread is Vegan, and is made with sugar from sugarbeets. Cane sugar is not vegan because of a process where they use animal bone char to refine the sugar.
This list is outdated – a couple of these aren’t on their menu anymore.
