Olga’s Kitchen is a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant serving up “olgas,” which are sandwiches wrapped in a special flat bread. In addition to these sandwiches, they also serve soups, salads, and more. I reached out to their corporate office to find out which menu items are considered vegan. Great news is that the “olga” bread is actually vegan! You will find a list of the vegan items at Olga’s Kitchen below.

A few notes from Olga’s:

  1. The Caesar dressing has anchovy in it and is therefore not ok for vegetarians (unless the guest is pescatarian) or vegans.
  2. None of the soups are vegetarian or vegan.  The peasant soup and chili have meat directly in them and the Broccoli is made with Chicken stock.
  3. Olga bread is Vegan, and is made with sugar from sugarbeets.  Cane sugar is not vegan because of a process where they use animal bone char to refine the sugar.
