Caribou Coffee is a coffee company and coffeeshop chain originally founded in Minnesota (though now it has over 600 locations!). They serve up all sorts of different blends of coffees, teas, juices, bakery items, and more. I reached out to the company to find out which menu items are considered vegan. You will find the list below.

Vegan Menu Options at Caribou Coffee

Brewed coffee/espresso

Soy milk

Almond milk

Flavor syrups from Monin brand

Sparkling tea/juices (NOT chai)

Fruit cups

For more information, please read the following response from a Caribou Coffee representative regarding vegan options at Caribou Coffee:

“All the flavor syrups from Monin are vegan. Soy and Almond milk are vegan, of course. And brewed coffee/espresso. Fruit cups in the grab & go case as well as some of the other grab & go items (they should all be fully labeled so the guest can check those out on their own). The sparkling tea/juices are vegan, but chai is not (contains honey). Smoothies are not (contain yogurt). Chocolate chips and syrups are not, neither are pumkin, caramel or butterscotch sauces. Nothing in the bakery case is vegan. Neither are sandwiches, because eggs/cheese.”
