If you live in Oregon or Southwest Washington, you’ve probably come across Burgerville, a popular restaurant chain with its focus on, naturally, burgers. However, they do have other options on the menu, so I reached out to their corporate office to find out which menu items are considered vegan. You will find that list below.

French fries, on the menu, are cooked in a separate fryer so they are not cooked with any animal product in the the fryer (that being said, it’s probably best to mention to your server that you do not want the fries cooked with meat)

Anasazi burger can be vegan without the cheese or the mayo

Garden salad can be made with no cheese upon request

Vegan Sauces/Dressings: Balsamic and Sweet and Sour

Lemonade, Fresh Brewed Iced Tea, and Coffee

Note regarding Fountain drinks: the company has a disclaimer that some of there drinks contain a small traces of fish gelatin (which is used as a stabilizer for the beta-carotene color). Therefore, do not assume that the fountain drinks are vegan! (Stick to the lemonade, iced tea, and coffee)
