Wildfire is a restaurant that boasts steaks, chops, and seafood (so much so that it’s practically their slogan). This does not sound promising for someone who follows a vegan diet. However, I contacted their corporate office to find out which menu options are vegan-friendly, and as it turns out, there are quite a few! You will find the list below.

Chopped salad – no blue cheese, bacon, chicken, or tortilla chips SUB GF tortilla chips
Spinach Salad – no bacon, no eggs, no Bacon Mustard dressing, sub any vinaigrette
Greek Salad – no feta cheese, no red wine vinaigrette
Kale and Spinach Salad – no cheese, no eggs, no Lemon Parm vinaigrette
