If you find yourself at Rib Crib looking for a vegan meal, you may be disappointed considering they are a restaurant specializing in meat. When I reached out the Rib Crib’s corporate office asking about vegan menu items there, my response, unsurprisingly, was: “We are very limited on our menu when it comes to vegetarian and vegan options. Our focus is high quality meats and slow smoked barbeque, and we have not had the opportunity to expand into that market yet.” Hopefully, they expand into the vegan market soon!
