If you want to get started with the Raspberry Pi 3 B+, the best kit to get is the CanaKit:
You will still need a micro SDHC like the Samsung Evo Plus. I recommend the 32 GB option.
You could of course buy these together in one kit, but it tends to be more expensive. I prefer to buy them separately and install the operating system myself.
