You may have noticed that Reddi-Wip launched 2 new dairy-free flavors last week: Almond milk non-dairy whipped topping and Coconut milk non-dairy whipped topping. One of the first questions you may ask if you keep kosher is, are these new flavors certified kosher? And better yet, are they certified kosher parve?
Unfortunately, not only are these flavors not certified kosher parve, but they’re not even certified kosher at all. We reached out to Reddi-Wip regarding this matter, and their response was clear: They do not have any particular plans to secure kosher certification at this time or in the future. We hope that will change!
The ingredients look ok for a kosher parve label. Is anything in it that does not agree with the guidelines for the certification? I’m not using the new flavored ones, only the original coconut milk Reddi Wip.
