Taco Bueno is a Tex-Mex chain based in Texas that has well over one hundred locations. I contacted their corporate office to find out which menu items are vegetarian. Note that while they don’t use any lard in their kitchens, their refried beans are NOT vegetarian (they contain a beef base with rendered bacon fat).
