Zeppe’s is a casual Italian Pizzeria and Restaurant, serving up pizzas, calzones, salads, pastas and more. I reached out to them to find out which menu options are considered vegetarian, and if any can be considered vegan. Below is the response I received:
“We don¹t have a specific vegetarian list compiled, but do have several vegetarian options including pizzas, an Old World Margherita, Californian or Veggie, and of course a build-your-own pizza. A couple of Calzone options including a Californian and build your own. We have a few pastas including cheese ravioli, pasta with marinara sauce, pasta with Aglio E Olio sauce or pasta with Alfredo sauce. We offer a delicious Roasted Italian Veggie sub or wrap (as a non-meat eater myself, I highly recommend), and a few salad options that either come vegetarian friendly or can be altered to make vegetarian. We also have a Spinach and Artichoke flatbread, and all of our appetizers are vegetarian friendly.
Most of our vegetarian menu items have cheese, but some can be altered to be be vegan friendly. The only items on the above that do not come with cheese are the pastas with marinara or Aglio E Olio.”
Also note that the Zeppe’s pizzerias will have a less extensive menu than the Zeppe’s full-service restaurants.
