White Castle is a restaurant chain known predominantly for its hamburgers. If you follow a vegan lifestyle, you may be surprised (and possibly delighted) that White Castle actually offers a burger suitable for a vegan diet!
The burger is called the Veggie and Black Bean Slider, and it does not contain any products derived from animals when it’s ordered plain or with Sweet Thai Chili Sauce.
That being said, a warning from their corporate office is as follows: “It should be noted that all of our menu items are prepared in a common kitchen, so there is the chance that they could come into contact with those items that contain ingredients derived from animals.”
