For those of you looking for vegan options at On the Border Mexican Grill and Cantina, look elsewhere or get creative. On the Border does not have a vegan menu at this time, and when I contacted the corporate offices regarding vegan options, they simply responded, “we encourage you to speak to the manager on duty to discuss your dietary requirements.” Hopefully On the Border Mexican Grill and Cantina will start better accommodating vegan diets soon.
