They say you can’t buy happiness, but it seems like you can come pretty close when you see a big box of perfectly-frosted Sprinkles cupcakes. Whether you’re buying the cupcakes from a quaint Sprinkles bakery, Sprinkles ice cream shop, or Sprinkles cupcake ATM, you might be wondering if the cupcakes are vegetarian. I reached out to their corporate office to find out, and this is what I learned:
If you are vegetarian (with the definition that you eat eggs and dairy), then good news! All of the cupcakes at Sprinkles are vegetarian! Even in the cupcakes that contain gelatin (like the chocolate marshmallow cupcake or s’mores cupcake), Sprinkles uses a plant-based gelatin, so it’s completely vegetarian!
