These smoothies are vegan because they use the a vegan protein add-in. That being said, you can customize any smoothie you want by removing any non-vegan ingredients.

Here’s what Smoothie King’s representative had to say about it:

“You can customize any smoothie upon ordering. The ingredients Non-Fat Dry Milk, Protein Blend, Whey Protein, etc. can be removed from a smoothie. So for example, Angel Food contains Nonfat Dry Milk in the recipe but this can be removed and then it is considered Vegan.

The powder ingredients that you would want to essentially remove because they contain eggs and milk would be as followed: Weight Gain Mix, Non-Fat Dry Milk, Nutrient Mix, Protein Blend, Whey Protein.  Of the other ingredients Smoothie King uses, the most obvious ones to remove are the Vanilla Frozen Yogurt, Butter Pecan Ice Cream, and Greek Yogurt.”
