Smitten Ice Cream is a California-based ice creamery serving up ice cream that’s churned-to-order (using their liquid nitrogen technique). I reached out to them to find out if they’re churning out any vegan approved flavors.
The answer? Not quite. They don’t have any vegan ice creams (in the sense that they don’t have a vegan ice cream base that they can zap with liquid nitrogen). However, what they DO offer are coconut milk popsicles that are vegan (they even have 2 flavors). So you can still find a cool, sweet, vegan treat at Smitten. Enjoy!
