Nation’s Giant Hamburgers, based in Northern California, is a restaurant chain that sounds like it would not have anything vegetarian to offer. However, I was hopeful, and so I reached out to their corporate office to find out which Nation’s menu items are vegetarian. There a few vegetarian options (including a veggie burger called the “Harvester”) which are listed below. Note that NONE of the pies at Nation’s are vegetarian, because they ALL contain gelatin.
