McDonald’s Vegan Menu Options

McDonald’s is known for its burgers, so it may not be surprising that there are not many vegan options available, even with the menu expansion they’ve done in recent years. McDonald’s will tell you that NO menu item is technically vegan, but we carefully combed over the menu to find all the products with vegan-friendly ingredients. You will find the list below (and any modifications you may request in order to make the item vegan)

A note on French Fries: McDonald’s french fries contain something called “Natural Beef Flavor,” which they list as coming from a starting point of hydrolyzed wheat and hydrolyzed milk ingredients. Anyway you slice it, they’re not vegan. The has browns also contain this “Natural Beef Flavor” so they’re off limits for a vegan lifestyle as well. Needless to say, we’re not “lovin’ it”
