Finding vegan choices at steakhouses can be a challenge. Therefore, I reached out to Longhorn Steakhouse asking them which menu items would be suitable for a vegan diet. Unfortunately, there are no vegan main courses, appetizers, or desserts at Longhorn Steakhouse. (Wouldn’t we love a veggie burger or a portabella mushroom burger or a quinoa bowl!) I work at Longhorn, I can tell you the veggie “butter” isn’t actual butter anyways. It’s lemon baste and oil. Completely vegan. 👍🏻👍🏻
I also work at LH and the veggie butter is NOT vegan. The lemon sauce is but the veggie seasoning is made with milk, butter, cream and lactic acid
