Jack Stack Barbecue Vegan Menu Options

Jack Stack is a Kansas City, MO based barbecue restaurant that serves up all types of barbecued and smoked meats. However, I reached out to their corporate office to find out if any part of their meat-centric menu could be considered vegan. As it turns out, there are a few options that are listed below.

Vegan Menu Options at Jack Stack BBQ

Spinach or Garden Salads, oil and vinegar for dressing (must request no bacon)

Steamed broccoli (must request no oil or cheese)

Vegetable Kabobs (must request no butter no seasonings)

Baked Potatoes (need to call one day in advance and request some be prepped with no oil or seasoning)

  • It would be nice if you offered a plant based meat substitute that highlights your delightful bar-b-q similar to the rest of your menu.
