Eating Gluten-Free at Genghis Grill

Genghis grill is a build-your-own stir-fry casual eatery, I reached out to their corporate office regarding their gluten-friendly status. Here is the response I received:

“I am pleased to say that we have some great gluten free sides for the guest who avoids wheat products.  We have steamed rice, brown rice, cabbage, and our most popular gluten-free option, rice noodles.
For a customer with a severe allergy to gluten, I always offer the warning that, because we are an open kitchen, and because the guests select their own ingredients, there is a slight chance of unintentional contamination.  But you can be assured our cooks and managers make every accommodation for special diets.”
