Pei Wei Asian Restaurant serves up made-do-order Asian-inspired dishes. I contacted their corporate office regarding Vegan and Vegetarian menu items. The following menu items are vegan (and therefore also vegetarian). Pei Wei does not have a separate vegetarian menu.

The honey seared is not really honey, but the teriyaki sauce has honey.
